Karen Franko is a paralegal in the Personal Injury practice group at Laddey, Clark and Ryan. With more than 10 years of paralegal experience, Karen assists attorneys with multiple tasks throughout the litigation process, including: communicating with clients and counsel, securing medical and insurance records, preparing medical evaluation packets, drafting and filing pleadings, reviewing and serving discovery, scheduling conferences and depositions, calendaring and adhering to deadlines.  Karen is a dependable and organized legal professional who delivers exceptional service to her clients by managing each case with great care and attention to detail. 

Prior to joining the firm, Karen was a real estate paralegal, specializing in zoning and land use matters. Karen managed applications for her corporate and individual clients with diligence and professionalism to obtain necessary municipal and agency approvals for site plan, subdivision, and variance applications throughout the state.

As a proud mom of two and Sparta resident, Karen embodies the LCR culture of community involvement as an active figure within her community. Karen enjoys volunteering at Sparta school functions and fundraisers, participating in events with her Chi Omega alumni organization, and teaching CCD at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church.
