Before joining Laddey Clark & Ryan, Kim Daniels Walsh served in various executive governmental, legal and banking roles in New Jersey. Most recently, she served as the Fiduciary Market Manager for PNC Private Bank. She oversaw all aspects of Trust and Estate operations while managing a multi-state trust team comprised of fiduciary advisors and portfolio trust administrators. She developed training ensuring the team was versed in legal, compliance, risk management, regulatory and due diligence issues, ensuring the highest level of fiduciary care for clients.

Previously, she was Senior Counsel at a Morris County law firm, where she represented clients in estate planning, administration, Medicaid approval and real estate matters. She advised clients in trust, gift and taxation issues related to asset management and wealth preservation.

Kim served in several senior roles in the New Jersey Court System. As the first Ombudsman for Morris and Sussex Counties, she worked to ensure access and assistance for all court users. She subsequently was named as the Municipal Division Manager, overseeing the Morris and Sussex County Municipal Courts as well as the Assistant Chief of Probation for Morris and Sussex Counties. She was the Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. David S. Cramp, Judge Superior Court.

She is Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona and has taught at Rutgers University School of Law and Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Her practice focuses on assisting individuals and their loved ones through the various aspects of care planning-including Medicaid, estate and real estate matters.
