Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP has earned the distinction of being named one of the 100 2020 Best Places to Work in New Jersey.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey survey recognizes small, mid-size and large companies. With a team of 35 attorneys and staff, Laddey Clark & Ryan is recognized as among the best small employers in the state. The firm is one of only two Sussex County-based companies to appear on the list.

The rankings of the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be unveiled at an awards ceremony later this year, at an as-yet-to-be-determined date.  A special publication profiling the companies selected as the Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be published by NJBIZ.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey is a survey and awards program conducted by Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying and recognizing great places work.  The program is intended to identify and recognize the state’s best employers and provide organizations with valuable employee feedback.  Participating companies are required to submit a detailed questionnaire about their practices and procedures.  However, the most important factor used in evaluating each company is a 78-question internal Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey to all employees asking them to anonymously assess their employer as a place to work. 

In addition to earning the distinction of being named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey, Laddey Clark & Ryan received an analysis of its employees’ responses to the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey. It is intended to help the employer identify areas in which it is doing well and others where there are opportunities to improve.
