Laddey, Clark & Ryan's COVID-19 Advisory Team Expands to Serve Community's Needs
One month into the COVID-19 crisis, Laddey Clark & Ryan continues to ramp up its COVID-19 LCR Advisory practice to serve the expanding and continually evolving needs of the community.

The multidisciplinary legal team has quickly mobilized to help clients and others within the community to navigate through these challenging times. Focusing on virtually all the Firm’s key practice areas – Business Law, Employment and Labor Law, Government Services, Non-Profit Organizations, Real Property, and Wills, Trusts & Estates – the attorneys have organized to help address any related issues that arise. Already, the seven-attorney practice has disseminated 20 different alerts on a wide range of topics affecting business, communities and individuals, focusing on employment issues, construction and public services, as well as on the Paycheck Protection Program.

The Firm presented a free webinar on Thursday, April 16, “Employer Basics During COVID-19“, focusing on a wide range of issues affecting employers, that was open to anyone in the community. Presenters were Ursula H. Leo and Nicole C. Tracy. Next week, on Thursday, April 23, Angelo Bolcato will present a second free webinar, “COVID-19 and Your Business: Issues to be Aware of during the Pandemic.”

“The current crisis has profoundly impacted everyone in New Jersey,” says Managing Partner Thomas N. Ryan and the practice leader of the new group, “We are seeing that people are hungry for information and for assistance in finding their way in this new environment. We at Laddey Clark & Ryan are doing everything we can to assist our clients and others in the community.”
