Recently, Laddey Clark & Ryan successfully briefed and won a motion for summary judgment for a longtime client facing accusations of multiple forms of discrimination. The matter was mired in litigation for over two years and included considerable paper discovery, depositions and many motions. At the conclusion of discovery, the defense strategy refined through the long discovery process and motion practice culminated in successfully arguing for a complete dismissal of all counts. Judge Marci McMann ruled that the Plaintiff’s accusations did not support any accusations of improper termination.
