Ursula H. Leo, a Partner with Sussex County law firm, Laddey Clark & Ryan LLP, and Chair of the firm’s Government Services and Employment/Labor Practice Groups, will be part of two presentations at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Convention 2018 at the Atlantic City Convention Center on November 14.  Ms. Leo, a member of The New Jersey Planning Officials, will be a presenter in two sessions: “Falling Rock,” which is a satirical parody of a marijuana farmer’s hearing before a planning board, and “The Lowdown on Getting High,” where the panel will discuss marijuana dispensaries, production and current legal developments related to medical and recreational marijuana.

She represents individuals and developers in their applications before planning and zoning boards and various government entities.
