Laddey, Clark & Ryan attorney Angelo J. Bolcato, Practice Group Leader of the Firm’s Business Law Group, celebrated his 25-year anniversary at the firm this past year.

The past twenty-five years have been gratifying both personally and professionally.”
In 1992, Bolcato came to LCR after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Boggia, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Angelo had earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark and received a B.S in Economics/Finance from the University of Scranton.
“Angelo came to us with very aggressive academic credentials and a strong work ethic. He has never let us down in either respect,” commented Thomas Ryan, the firm’s Managing Partner.
As the firm’s Business Law Practice Group Leader, Bolcato’s practice concentrates on assisting businesses and their owners with a variety of legal matters including business entity formations, asset and stock acquisitions, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales and leasing and business succession planning. In addition, he routinely represents commercial borrowers and lenders in loan transactions. Bolcato also represents municipal governments and boards in various matters.
“Whether working with commercial and corporate clients, non-profit entities or municipal corporations, Angelo has always earned the confidence and loyalty of those clients,” stated Ryan.
Bolcato’s professional affiliations include serving as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, an NJ Diplomat in Municipal Law, member of the Sussex County Bar Association, NJ State Bar Association and NJ Institute of Local Government Attorneys.
A committed community volunteer, Bolcato also serves as General Counsel for the Warren County Habitat for Humanity, Commissioner for the Independence Township Municipal Utility Authority and most recently was appointed as Chairman of the SCARC Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
