Ursula H. Leo Teaches Land Use Course at Annual NJLM Conference

Ursula H. Leo, Esq. presented at the 102nd Annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference for the New Jersey Planning Officials. She taught a land use course on “inherently beneficial uses” to planning board and zoning board members, municipal officials and employees, providing an overview of the legislation and insight on what to expect regarding inherently beneficial uses. The course provided information for attendees to help them fairly review applications, and not rubber-stamp projects simply because they involve inherently beneficial uses.
