Managing Partner Tom Ryan recently returned from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Annual Conference in Nashville, TN. Ryan travelled to the conference with the executive team and members of the Board of Directors of the Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative Association (SRECA).

Ryan serves as outside General Counsel for the SRECA. The SRECA is the only private electric cooperative in the State of New Jersey. Issues addressed at the conference included utilization of electric power in a changing market, regulatory challenges facing power companies and corporate leadership in the post-pandemic world.
