It’s time to take a look at your company handbook and employment practices and policies to be sure you are equipped to answer the inevitable questions that will arise this fall. Do you have a pandemic policy? Is your leave policy up to date?
All employers should now have a remote work policy. Your social media, timekeeping and use of company property policies also should be reviewed given the likely changes to the work environment.
