Laddey Clark & Ryan is pleased to announce that Travis W. Nunziato has been named the Practice Leader of its Workers’ Compensation Department. The practice, which dates back 36 years to the beginning of the firm, is now one of the largest and longest established Workers’ Compensation practices in Sussex County.
Nunziato, who devotes his practice almost exclusively to workers’ compensation matters, grew up in Sussex County and attended Newton High School.
Nunziato has devoted his entire legal career to representing clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. He has been noted for bringing a dynamic energy, empathy, and commitment to exemplary client service to representing his clients.
Nunziato currently serves as President-Elect of the Sussex County Bar Association, the Sussex County Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the County Coordinator of Sussex County’s High School Mock Trial Program. He previously volunteered as a coach for the Newton High School Mock Trial team.
Nunziato graduated with honors from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, obtaining degrees in both Political Science and Sociology. He received his J.D. with high honors from Quinnipiac University School of Law, with a concentration in Civil Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. Nunziato is also an Adjunct Professor at Sussex County Community College, where he teaches Introduction to Legal Research & Writing and Advanced Legal Research & Writing.
In 2021, Nunziato was recognized by The New Jersey Law Journal as a “New Leader of the Bar.”
